We welcome prospective families to visit Gothenburg International School (GIS) and learn more about our learning environment, teaching approach, and international community.
All school visits are arranged in advance and require completion of our School Tour Registration Form. This ensures a safe and well-organised experience for all visitors and supports our safeguarding procedures.
To request a school tour, families must complete the online registration form.
Once submitted, our Admissions Team will review your request and contact you to confirm a suitable time for your visit.
During your visit to GIS, you will have the opportunity to:
Meet members of our school leadership team
Learn about our British-inspired education framework
Explore our classrooms and learning spaces
Understand our approach to small class teaching
Ask questions about admissions, curriculum, and school life
Our school tours are designed to give families a clear understanding of what GIS offers and whether it is the right fit for their child.
We aim to provide an open, informative, and personal experience for every visiting family.
With a maximum of 15 students per class, GIS provides a learning environment where students receive strong individual attention, personalised support, and close academic guidance.
For safeguarding and organisational reasons:
All school visits must be booked in advance
Walk-in visits cannot be accepted
Visitors must follow school safeguarding procedures during their time on site
After your tour, families may choose to:
Submit an application
Learn more about admissions and placement
Review school fees and programme information
Applications for the 2026–2027 academic year are now open.
