School Fees for 2027–2028

At Gothenburg International School, our fees are clear and transparent so families know what to expect before applying and enrolling.

Application Fee

SEK 5,000 per child — one-off payment

The application fee is payable when the formal application is submitted. It is charged once and is not an annual fee.

Application Fee Refund Policy

• The application fee is fully refundable if, following the admissions review, GIS determines that the child does not meet the school’s admission criteria and cannot be offered a place.
• The application fee is not refundable if GIS offers the child a place and the family chooses not to accept the offer.
• Payment of the application fee does not guarantee admission or reserve a place at GIS.

Enrolment Fee

SEK 15,000 per child — one-off payment

• The enrolment fee is payable when the family accepts an Offer of Admission.
• It is charged once and is not an annual fee.
• A student’s place at GIS is confirmed once the Offer of Admission has been accepted and the enrolment fee has been paid by the deadline stated in the offer.

Annual Tuition Fees 2027-2028

Tuition is charged annually according to the student’s year group.
